Poker Hand Ranking - Glossary Term

Poker Hand Ranking is the system used to decide which player is the winner in a round of poker. A poker hand consists of five cards, which can make up the following categories ranked in descending order: Royal Flush; Straight Flush; Four of a Kind; Full House; Flush; Straight; Three of a Kind; Two Pairs; Pair; High Card.
